Delete multiple CRM Contacts in bulk

We are excited to share the latest updates added to ToolsonCloud CRM. In this update, we have released a new Bulk Delete functionality in the Contacts module of the CRM.

Need

Currently if the user wants to delete a CRM contact, they are required to delete each contact individually.

For a faster user experience, we wanted to have a quicker multiple select Delete functionality.

What’s New?

With this update, users will be able to perform bulk delete operation in a much quicker way.

To use this feature, you can go to Contacts listing page.

Select the contacts to be deleted using the checkboxes present in the first column of each Contact’s row.

Once you have selected the contacts to be deleted, you will get an option called “Delete Selected”. Click on this button to proceed further…

You will be displayed a popup to confirm the bulk delete action. Click on the “Confirm” button.

Once you confirm, the selected contacts will be deleted.

I hope this new feature update with multi-select bulk delete functionality will improve your user experience and productivity.
