To delete an organization or an account in ToolsonCloud CRM, follow these steps:

Login to ToolsonCloud Sales CRM account using your credentials

Navigate to Organizations listing page by Clicking “Contacts” and then “Organization” from the top navbar.

In the Organization listing page, you should be able to locate the option button at the right end of each organization’s row.

Click on this option button to view the available action options associated with the selected organization.

Click on the “Delete” option from the available action options to delete the selected Organization from the CRM.
Note:

Deleting an organization is irreversible. Hence ensure to take appropriate care before deleting any organization contact.

If the organization is tagged or linked to any existing Deal or a Person Contact, then the user will not be able to delete that organization contact. In this case, users shall be required to unlink the organization from the Deal and the Person contact wherever this organization is tagged. Users can quickly access the list of Deals and Person contacts linked with this organization by going to the organization details page.
