Sometimes you might create a task for yourself or your team in CRM and later may realize that that task was not required to be tracked and you may want to delete it from your CRM database.
If you would like to delete any activity or a task from ToolsonCloud CRM, follow these steps
- Login to ToolsonCloud CRM account using your credentials.

Click on the “Tasks” link on the top navigation bar. This will navigate you to the Tasks listing page where you can view all the list of open tasks created by you and your team.

Locate the task which you would like to delete from the list.

Click on the action button on the right end of the task which you would like to delete from the CRM.

Click on the “Delete” button against the respective task to delete it.
Note:
Action to delete a task is non-reversible, hence do take appropriate care to review the task before deleting the same.
