What is a Quotation in CRM?

Quotation or often called a Sales Quote is a legally binding document which outlines the list of products and services being offered by the seller, its corresponding quoted prices, timeline for delivery and other associated terms of service.

This document is created by the seller and is shared to the prospective customer which if accepted leads to a deal closure.
