Sometimes users receive a large list of Leads in spreadsheets from external sources and they are required to add them into their CRM on regular basis. These leads can be from multiple sources such as leads shared by marketing department, from external marketplaces, from third party tools or lead generation agencies.
As the list tends to be large, it is not feasible to add each and every lead into the CRM using the manual one by one approach. In such cases, you can make use of the Bulk Import functionality of ToolsonCloud CRM.
You can follow these steps to bulk import Leads into the CRM:

Login to ToolsonCloud CRM Application.

Go the Leads Listing page. You can reach there by clicking on the Leads link on the top navigation menu bar.

You will find a 3 dot menu towards the top right corner, just next to the “Add Lead” button. Click on the 3 dot menu to explore the available options.

In this menu, you should be able to locate an option titled “Import Leads in CSV”. Click on this option to navigate to the “Bulk Import” page.

In this page, you can select the type as “Lead” from the dropdown menu.

In the next step, you will be asked download a CSV file template. Click on it to download the CSV file into your computer.

Once the file is downloaded, Click on it to open the file in your spreadsheet application such as MS Excel, OpenOffice or LibreOffice etc.

Refer the columns in the CSV template and add the data related to your Leads in this CSV file against each of the columns and save the data.

Once done, you can go ahead and upload the CSV file in the Bulk Import page.

If there are no data validation errors in any of the records, all your Leads will get imported into the CRM. You can cross check this by visiting the Leads listing page.
